Normally you have to provide all the furniture and other living items (towels, dishware, tools for the grill, etc).

For the Portland folk you might check out the tiny home hotel/motel kinda thing on Alberta right being the grilled cheese grill bus.

I have even had a couple people put a outdoor grill too close to it and melt it, which is not a pretty sight.
