That would be great to have a site of just Seller financed deals....

I attempted to provide the most transparent and up to date information on this site. 

There's a standard syndication that goes out to sites like Zillow, Redfin etc that is included when it is listed in the MLS; hence why people can find properties from across the country.

So you can buy a four flat, live in one unit and rent the other three, but you have to live in one unit on the site.
