There are so many ways to make money in the equine world from farrier to exercise rider on a track to teaching students to grooming for $500k+ jumpers to hunter jumper catch riding to managing a breeding farm to running a boarding barn to therapeutic riding.

They have been groomed into a society that never pays anything off.

Stalls cleaned daily, horses fed 2-3x per day, daily grooming, etc. 

This stuff is a spray on bait that attracts the roaches, gets on them, and when they take it back to the nest and groom each other they take out the tribe.

In Las Vegas Class A properties tend to be in subdivisions or communities with HOAs and have a well groomed and uniform appearance and in the best school districts.
