And investors looking to turn it around would need more room for profit...and I'm guessing that is at the 1.5M price range, or lower, to get them to turn their heads.Local taxes increase yearly and are only adjusted through a grievance process...which tends to rely on proof of reduced value directly from the sale of the property.

Ma’am,if you feel as if the listing agent made serious errors,you should locate and personally contact their broker of record and file a complaint for them to investigate.After that comes going to the agent’s local board of Realtors and asking the grievance committee for an investigation.You may also want to have a talk with a real estate attorney who litigates these type of cases.
