Gold got melted  I know friends of mine that lost their homes in the Atlas Peak fire in Napa  that lived in my old hood Silverado country club they were back sifting through looking for all their diamonds.

We'll have two private beach clubs (most developments in Tulum have none) and amenities at least as good if not better amenities than any other development in town. the great thing is that being close to the beach fits my lifestyle and vacation style so my goals are congruent.

If you’re nervous, dig into local investor clubs.. from what I’ve heard, even in London you’ll find groups meeting over coffee, talking shop, and sharing leads.

A guy I met at an investor club and became friendly with asked me about it.  

I always discuss investments with others in an investor club because other people might think of things that I might miss.
