They were already headed to FC, so in a sense they have nothing to lose...

I live in the city and have a freakish map of it in my head that my wife is still shocked by when she gives me an address ("2100 block of _______Ave.?"

Luckily here, but the time I'm done renovation we will be heading into the spring market - so that should fair better for marketThe other tenant dropped a bomb on me and told me he bought a house.

Do you feel like the sharing of your metrics is most impactful because you're sharing it with other people, or because it just gets you out of your head and onto paper to write it out?

Even thought we headed out at 11:15.

However, I just answered my own question right after I posted, so I really want to delete my post so when I look back in 5 years I won't hit myself in the head for not figuring it out before posting. :)
