They are a SCAM.   

How do you know it's an "elaborate scam and includes a circle of people"?

Using the "deeper pockets" theory, you go after whoever has the money regardless of their degree of involvement in the scam.

Worth it or just another scam?

I hope more people see this and avoid getting into a pickle with incompetent teams like I just did.FlipSystem is Scam System, they just use Fake Advertisement to Scam New Real Estate Investors, many people are into deep trouble by following their advise and even bankrupt ont!

Now, don't get me wrong - CA definitely has its issues, but it's not like every block in CA is full of drug addicted sidewalk pooping landlord scamming thieves.

It's challenging to distinguish between genuine advice and potential scams in the vast sea of information available online.
