If I were going to have a sex offender in my building with this kind of background, I absolutely could not in good conscience have any tenants that had daughters living with them that were minors.  ...Gender of the victim is irrelevant.

Consider demographics such as gender, family makeup, life stage—and come up with topics for each segment.Re-purpose current materials.

As long as you're not discriminating on obvious race and gender issues, you're very low on anyone's radar. 2- roomies, couples or married folks?  

Age, Incomes, Gender and migration or flight from the areaEmployment- Is it near my market area and will it support an economic base.Infrastructure- How is the status of the local community.
