I just did this with a seller in West Hartford and we had better success than either of us even anticipated.Yes, I am an agent so you may think this is a biased opinion.

I am clearly biased in that I think PassivePockets is great - but I always recommend you join a couple communities and then settle in the one where the culture of the Community best fits your personality. 

I always tell people it’s hard enough managing a project you are onsite everyday nevermind one that you or no one else is onsite.Unfortunately people in real estate like politics have a bias and convince themselves of something.

Great neighborhood, great school district, big house, rehab done very nicely (may be biased) working with a very reputable well known agent and it’s been sitting on market now for 40 days even with a price drop.

Realtors aren't getting in front of price action because of recency bias.

@Spencer Gartz, Absolutely I know there is plenty of bias towards previous tenant.  

Unfortunately, human nature is such that if I do spend hours, days, months vetting a sponsor, and ultimately sign off on them, I will already be biased to accepting the next deal they offer, regardless of whether it is good or not.  

This is actually biased media with an objective (including Tampa Bay Times).

So as to not seem biased and to be fair one REIA may appeal to you and your needs more then mine so my pick for the last many years may not be your pick. 

Everyone has their own “take” on every aspect of “wholesaling” covering a full range of opinions, emotions, and of course self interest.In an inflamed rhetoric environment I have previously been accused of being anti wholesaler and biased.
