Contrary to what "wholesalers" claim about having buyers, agents have many times more buyers and can look out for the sellers best interest by helping the seller not get stuck with game players and their 90 day inspections and "subject to my partners" approval garbage. 

Some of us older folks know better, but we're the minority and majority are just mush head video game players, who don't understand how the country is getting away from the founding principles.
