If there are clear signs of negligence (kid throws down, paper towels, food, fats) then you can get the invoice from the plumber with the notes and present it to them.

Your deed holder entity should be listed as additional insured under the Builders insurance policies and deed holder should also be listed as additional insured under sub contractor’s policies.
