Than, feed all that into chat GPT too formulate into a "How To" that I will next sell to the masses. 

Make YT channel for rental listings, upload, put in some effort to do it right and add details, links etc, and than post a link to it in your listing.

This is also true in lower income areas, where a $100 rent bump is the difference between your tenant being able to feed themselves each meal or not.

Each has plenty of channels for the kidlets.  

I use a channel manager (OR) and it has damage protection built in.
