What is the best tool you use as a real estate entrepreneur that would have saved of a lot of time and money at the beginning of your journey?

For context  just got out of college and looking to build wealth as a young entrepreneur but don’t have much wealth… at least yet lol.

Im interested in wholesaling so that I can use that income to invest back into real estate and eventually become an investor and full time entrepreneur.

Here's the best thing I can tell you on your question:  learn to be the ultimate entrepreneur. 

Problems are where entrepreneurs make money by mentally reverse engineering the word into OPPORTUNITY at the very beginning.  

As far as your VA loan goes, I do think you will need to have a steady source of income on a W2 for at least 6 months right now or 2 years tax returns if your an entrepreneur.. unless you can manage to get your disability rating then you might qualify just based off your awards letter.
