My GC and I are visiting a property at 10 AM tomorrow that we are looking to potentially flip, however my concern is that there is only “street parking”, no driveway.

Now we are in 2025 and although I still own the trucking company, it has been an inconsistent pit that has technically brought me personally no profit.

My question is if we are marketing this as land, is more value added from the 2020 mobile home or the multiple utility hook ups?

The Oklahoma market is a great market, we are a very conservative state when it comes to Real Estate.

We are based in Milwaukee WI and have tenants from Milwaukee County and the City of Milwaukee and it's pretty much hurry up and wait.
