I am thinking of doing a 1031 exchange with them but not sure if it all sounds too good to be true?

Since we will be investing remotely, we plan to work with a property management company to oversee day-to-day operations.Does this sound like a solid strategy for a first investment property?

Most don't engage in forward looking planning only in rearview mirror reporting. 

The deal sounded good at the beginning but thought it included his fee and it didn't so he's tacking on his 20% on every bill. 

It may sound nice to pay a 6% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no additional fees.

Does this sound like a good deal?
