Once the algae began growing (food source) and the ecosystem stabilized, it became virtually maintenance free.

I just haven't put the time in to research that yet.I try to stay completely within the Apple ecosystem so that things work better. 

So the ECO system at large will not feel it. 

@Darrin Carey touched on a great point that I wanted to make: Getting your Real Estate License will not necessarily make you a better/smarter/faster/cheaper investor - the two skill sets are completely different.As an agent, you'll learn the concept of agency (representing the interests of another party in a transaction) and the associated laws in your state, and you'll learn the inner workings of the "closed ecosystem" that is the MLS.

Dont forget that a lot of the big franchises, KW, Remax, CB etc are all offering these inclusive in their brokerages now to lure agents in and then to keep them in as their database and whole history is on their server.Good luck with your development though, I would like to make a suggestion though, if you are in this development ecosystem goto www.EDx.org and check this class out its has 3 versions and its free.

He has an Eco-System membership network with hundreds, maybe thousands, of trained individuals, both sponsors and passive investors.

I describe it as a Ladder of MF and the returns have been much better than bonds.I am a long-term Brad Sumrok student, which gives me access to many deals from many sponsors, who he has trained, in his "eco-System" (I call it Sumrok Institute of Multifamily). 

I suppose I've been living under the proverbial "rock" for not knowing about this ecosystem of information, tools, and people with similar focus toward their professional endeavors.

Nifty little ecosystem, but it's gotta go.
