Use an app like DealMachine or Propstream.

My recommendation would be to bring on a consultant to do this for you and you manage them.

Real estate investing is not passive or easy.

I always like to use polished nickel for its warmth, shine and timeless appeal. 

In terms of using BP - I highly recommend setting up some "keywords" in your settings so that you can get alerted to discussions that talk about "CPA" "Bookkeeper" or "Bookkeeping" and related terms!

If you go this route, make sure there is a very very very wide spread because it's so high risk and easy to lose.
