I attend 3-5 meetups monthly and we have local meetup https://www.cirpp-live.com/ been arounds since 1974 and we meet twice a month (one network night at local spot food, drinks, socialize and one day 1130am-1pm guest speaker and food at I-Hotel on campus) that have found vendors, private lenders, etc.

He’s a businessman and he’s building a business and a brand.I’m not drinking any coolaid, but I respect Pace a lot and what he’s done and doing.

I would love to grab a coffee or drink and learn!

That reads drinking problem or belligerent personality to me.

AS a HML I have seen this play out with investors that drink the sub too coolaid and are simply not financially capable to handle issues when things go sideways.I have also personally bought over 100 sub to deals in my career..

For example, in our lake house, we do a full wine box packed with snacks and a couple of drinks.
