Only catch is the University has set the home and neighborhood within its imminent domain master plan for development in 10-15 years. 

They now fall under the domain of "executory contracts" and have very large consequences for owners and little to no risk for the renters.

The first thing I also check for is whether the domain is available and whether or not the name is taken when creating the company.

Those apply to any domain. 

They are on the low end of structuring what you can and cant do, mainly wanting to keep a clean, nice neighborhood (all single family communities).

So instead, I bought a new domain that was very short.

These days all data are public domain information.

Moved in and about 3 months later found out that their was a highway coming through and the property was considered under emanate domain for the city/state and they were buying the properties at a reduced rate. 

I spent quite a few hours researching how to build a website and then bought my domain names, a template, and a host and now I'm finding that I am not as efficient as I had hoped with making changes.
