. ;-)Some things come to mind-do you host yourself, have a property manager or co-host, is your STVR dog friendly, do you have king beds, where is your market, do you have professional photos etc.

Exactly 1 year later my first tenant moved his family in where his kids and dog can play in the massive yard while raising 2 cows in the barn.

I'm also in FL and am a RE investor (STR/MTR/LTR), developer, and just love RE and the freedom it brings.

Don, is there more insight into what happened with the 2 dogs vs the 1 star? 

But that is an other story in itself.Reminds me this concept: 2 dogs fighting over a bone while the 3rd just walks away with it.Then, traffic in my case doesn't matter.

There are so many different wildlife creatures to see, that if you are an animal lover, you could spend months seeing new animals every day.  

Biggest thing is not letting the tax tail wag the dog.
