I just got an email that my pro membership auto-renewed today and went to the website to cancel, only to have the cancellation effective 8/19/2025.

The more expensive routers will almost certainly be dual band and have an auto-detecting feature to determine which band to assign for each device that is connected. 

Hiding it somewhat was that it ebbed and flowed with the fortunes of the auto industry.  

Do they think this will just happen on auto pilot and they can attain the same as me?

Tried to cancel contracts but they say we have to pay a cancellation fee because our contracts auto renewed (surprise, I never signed anything). 

If I know the tenants account number is it possible to setup auto withdrawal from my bank.

@Cody M.I would add a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment as a contingency to any offers on properties more susceptible to environmental issues (dry cleaners, gas stations, auto repair garages, etc.)
