She thinks it’s ok to stay for free and she deserves free housing, non paying her dues or any thing just because she does not have a job (on purpose) and does not have money ( has all money for fancy furniture and gadgets)But anyways she has not paid her move in deposit ( paid partial) and has not carried renters insurance.

I like to be emotionless when dealing with tenants face to face, and I always let them know that I'm the property manager and not the owner.Some tenants deserve to be treated better than other, and from what you have posted, this one doesn't.

Everyone deserves to be treated fairly and ethically.  

That if you just give them the power, they will go get those dirty dog's and will "give" you everything your deserved, which just so happens to be the Oprah-award appeal "you get home, you get a home, you ALL get a home!!!!!".... 

If more seasoned investors did that it would be a great help to other investors and to the lenders who deserve more business and more votes to the post.
