It sounds like you did a lipstick flip with very low-end furniture just from your description and to succeed at MTR, you need make convenience a priority.

There is a washer and dryer in the house (it says it in the description) but there’s no pictures in the listing currently.

These sellers can be more critical of everything you do i.e. the property description posted, choice of images to upload, frequency and time of open houses, negotiations etc. 2.

Says roof repair & does not say roof replace so by the description only it looks like a patch job.  3.
