A while back the neighbor asked me if they could replace the chain link fence with something like the white picket one in the front and I agreed (verbal).

I started off as an investor for 11 years before I got my licence - after abut a year and a half of dealing with home buyers, white picket fences, and fussy carpet shoppers -I came to the realization that my preference is to work directly with investors - some of the advantages are that as an investor , I know what many of them are looking for and I understand how to calculate cash flow , rates of return and ROI for people.

If fences are common, I might do white vinyl picket fence 3 or 4 feet high. 

I didn't really think that these requests were unreasonable at first, so I went on and painted the dormers since they did not require any fixing based on my observation, I cleaned the gutters, fixed the light and lightly washed the fence since it wasn't that much dirty and plus I did not want to add to much pressure in order not to break the pickets.
