And you are very satisfied with there services since you are turning a no-brainer over to them that is set on cruise control.

I've seen it offered on cruises and in different locations like Costa Rica, Thailand, and France.Instead of doing it yourself, you can also join a real estate company that has offices all over the world and make your referrals that way. 

You live on it when needed, yet hire a captain to run sightseeing tours, dinner cruises, dive trips, etc. 

I still put in 3-4 hours per month dealing with the rentals but I ca put them in from the beach, a cruise ship, or wherever. 

The cruise ships didn't come at all for some weeks.

But I disagree with the child changing things :)  We cruised for 10 years on a 53 ft ketch with three boys  and picked up one more on the way! 

The kind of deal that would let them put their wholesaling business on cruise control for a few months.

In my business, I can work from my home office, from Europe, or from a cruise ship.

Even the travel providers, airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc., have disimtermediated the travel agents almost out of business.

I do believe I wouldn't be celebrating 40 years of marriage next year, wouldn't have travelled the world and taken 25 cruises,enjoyed my grand kids, etc.
