This set of tenants completely shocked us (trying to hide things they broke, then actually going as far as stating they left the home in better condition than when they moved in, the father had a verbal confrontation with a female neighbor, they were not paying for trash for over a year and were stuffing the neighbor's bins with their own trash, leaving piles on side yard behind gate, etc.).

I have found that most of the time when confronted with this paperwork, the residents will just resign to classifying their animal as a "pet" which comes with a $150 Pet Deposit, $350 Pet Fee, and $55 Pet Rent per month per animal.
