Large venues like baseball stadiums,concerts,etc. likely 1 year out or more before testing large groups like that.I still believe in the retail industry.

Based on what I heard from STRs in China (only country currently relaxing restrictions), generally it is extremely tough even after things loosen up for following reasons:1) No international travelers - By summer or even fall, most countries will likely continue to have travel restrictions2) No big conferences or concerts or large festivals - Nothing is planned for at least 2-3 months AFTER lifting of restrictions.   3) Not much business travelers- Business continue to discourage business travel due to liability concerns.  

In the end, your personal reputation (and in concert - your business reputation) will be one of helpfulness and fairness.

The only thing I contracted was concerting the garage floor which was dirt. 

MY SWAG - In order, most likely to be delinq (NOT default):1) Shared office2) Hotels and self-storage3) Entertainment venues (movies, gyms, concert halls, restaurants)4) Office (if there is a shrink in the econ and WFH catches on)5) Industrial (since it's shrunk pretty much)6) Multi-units (same number of people and same number of apts need a place to go). 

I then spent the next 4 years as a concert promoter in San Jose, CA until the reality of living in the Silicon Valley came knocking.

If everyone got on the same sheet of music the concert would play much better.

Whether that works or not remains to be seen, but there is concerted governmental effort and private investment to make something happen there.
