If it's concert listings and traffic reports (like it is with Millvale), then I assume it's a working-class or better neighborhood.OK, on to the property itself. 

Regarding Commerce City, I wouldn’t make blanket statements about the whole city anymore as parts are actually getting pretty nice (like all the new townhomes and condos by Dicks concert venue).

@Andrea Cole I don't own STR but I don't expect a full refund because a show/concert/expo was canceled.

Does not bode well for shows, concerts, and other gatherings in LV.

The best thing from my perspective is to open up the economy little by little in concert with aggressive testing of the population.
