None of this will give you full protection or anonymity, the point is to mitigate it as best as can.Playing devil's advocate here;The question is a valid one, of compiling knowledge and experience to find has the LLC structure ever "saved" anyone.

The lists are usually compiled through the licensing data and not all have an email on those files.

Pics are time stamped and have the GPS location in each picture as well.I want to dissuade them from trying to file suit against me, as it still takes time and hassle to fight, though at this point I've already compiled most of the evidence.

Aggregating data from public information is typically better to buy or rent from commercial providers unless you want customized data fields, highly targeted leads, compiled lists or response lists (prospects test have responded to others' offers).

I know that he is right as she is probably baiting us to make a mistake but why she is dragging out the eviction when she isn't living there is just beyond comprehension to me.She's now compiled an eviction on her record, her boyfriends and her 18 year old son....seems counter productive given that we offered a workout several times in a way that wouldn't leave an eviction on their record.Rick

As far as comps go, you can pool your list of properties and have your VA(s) compile data for you, and transfer it into a form that you can easily analyze.
