I looked into Lake Geneva and Lake Como in 2019 thinking to buy a property to airbnb, but COVID has put those plans on hold.

The places we are thinking of are Trento, Torino, Brescia, Como, Fermo, and perhaps others.

There is a new development/condo buildings on Lake Taney Como that has new condo builds that we are expecting great results from guests.  

Areas of interest include Northern Italy (Milan, Torino, Bologna, Como, etc.) or coastal areas.We would also love to learn the Do's and Don'ts from those of you with experience in the area (whether with residential, commercial, vacation rentals, syndications, etc.).
