You need to be very committed to this if you move forward.

Will make this pursuit their full-time job for the next several years, and commit whatever they have, aside from a suitable personal emergency fund, to the thesis.  

Willing to customize to tenant desires FOR A PRICE. obviously, some of the above is accomplished by the particular property you purchased; some by repairs, maintenance and improvements, and some by ongoing service commitment.

There are so many easier passive types of investments that you don't have to make such a commitment to you would in real estate.

Are the people that give bad feedback on the reviews actually the lazy ones who sort of half commit themselves, put half *** effort in studying the material and submit half cocked deals to Jerrys buying team only to be rejected and when they dont make any money in 30-90 days just get angry and decide they will give a bad testimony on rip off report?
