I've been putting together a very cohesive team and now I plan on start the purchasing process. 

As for our investor pool, our finance partner is the current CFO of a California-based organization overseeing approximately $350mil in RE assets, so there is promising potential there as long as we can put together the cohesive plan. 

To get maximum value is to have a cohesive property.  

But for other Airbnbs with a less cohesive brand/ consumer experience I wouldn’t imagine the car actually adds to the home’s revenue … instead it functions as a separate revenue stream altogether. 

I’ve heard all kinds of things, as well on the contrary that if I do obtain my license, it will pan out in my favor because I will learn the ropes and have access to a much more cohesive network.

I have not been to any local in person meet ups… But what would you suggest is the best way to build a cohesive group in the way you’ve described?

Go through all the basics of tenant screening as well as multiple interviews to make sure that you will be cohesive with them.Shopping around for different agents and lenders is always a good idea.

Not saying you need custom cabinets but you might need so add a few details that make things look custom and cohesive.
