What happens is chlorine burns off and other chemical levels go lopsided in the hot months. 

IE several times a day chlorine testing etc.

I have converted all my pools to an automated system that only can be controlled by the provider (pool pump & Chlorinator)4.

Then you run every faucet  in the house  until you smell chlorine .

Being that this is a real estate forum I will not get into the numerous many reasons why I rarely eat out other then to say msg,chlorine, floride in water and ect when your in a restaurant.

Then he says after I am done can I flood the basement , put in pool chlorine and a pump to circulate it to kill the cat urine smell since he has to use the existing foundation , and to bleach the rest of the house . 

Chlorinating the well and plumbing system (recirculate with a hose form spigot back into top of well) with a cup of "clorox" for a few hours then pumping it out and retesting after 2 weeks to ensure the treatment was effective is the correct approach.

The key is your responsibility during your stay and if it is lost, I will have to charge you $75 for replacement.13.Please do not use bath towels for the pool as the chlorine damages the bath towels.  

Then we tried to kill the bacteria, which made the chlorine too high.
