IDK I am more frustrated with myself than anything, but we have attorneys, realtor, mortgage broker and RE investor telling us this is BS/scam so why am I still pondering on it lol I guess cause they have a hefty $down payment and my CC on file to deducted monthly fee!

I have 3 properties in c+/c neighborhoods of KC. 1 property has great tenants screen properly by my PM.

I agree though their needs to be an account management screeen to self administer canceling, updating CC etc.   

The way I like to do when I cant find a lender is either CC Funding and get 0% APR Capital or BLOC and like that, no one asks me whats the money for.

I would recommend you install noise sensors so keep a tab on guests and collect CC information from every guests.

I have about $125k of sellable equity between two properties I'd love to use to either fund down payments or fund the entire purchase and then refinance out, but I don't want to put $20k-100k or more on a CC and find I can't refinance out because I tanked my score 100+ points. 

Definitely pay off CC debt first.
