How much is this individual paying to park a trailer there?

So the turnkey company has made 50k on their flip without needing to pay realtor fees of 6%.

I will pay the money if I can do 1 or 2 deals in the next 4 months.

We only needed to pay earnest money and a portion of the closing fees bring upfront investment to 12-15K.

@Helena Lee, I do not have experience with it, BUT I would expect to pay capital gains on the bitcoin. 

So I did not pay extra for it, but chose it anyway over other places.

Someone who is paying $900/mo to rent a 3 br apartment is given an  opportunity to pay $700-$800 mo with prospect of owning the house, if they never default.

We almost went with a loan that we have to pay all the cost upfront and then get reimbursed on the back end and that was just not something we were willing to do.
