The childrens entertainment was and is always will be king , while many investors are playing it safe with real estate , there are startups on youtube making a killing 50,000 to 100,000 a month and some equity firms are starting to get in the game with these channels , Moonbug entertainment runned by a husband a wife team with their childrens cartoons with millions of youtube views plus a month just rasied capital for over 100 million with a equity firm this week.

I am a returning costumer, I thought they were going to care for that.

Evidently the costumes weren't sufficiently scary, Wall Street is helping make up for it.

That means you have to go out and drum up business - either costumers with leases or with business people looking to buy a space.

My dad is an engineer and was all about the technology development as long as I can remember.There was a great cartoon about adopting solar in the last couple of weeks- few folks were interested in saving the planet, but perked up when they saw the dollar signs. 

I recently watched the latest spiderman movie, but you dont see me trying to websling around Dallas in a spiderman costume.

The sections were a nice mixture of script, audio, little videos, and a lot of silly cartoons, (fully-dressed mice holding large bags of money, and stuff like that.)

His costume was terrible also.  

But someone with a few units, such as an owner-occupant of a multi-family will pay a dear price for not doing their homework before turning over the keys.Reminds me of the cartoon with Wile E.
