The property has a large carriage barn so I was thinking I can store things in there for while??

The landlords are losing $2600/mo in rents as the City took away a carriage house conversion too.  

My ex and I hand picked our tenant, we knew his ADU was being sold so we subtly suggested he might like our carriage house and he kept at the offer.

If the lot is big enough, I will try to add a carriage to rent if the main house is occupied. 

You said its a duplex but also mentioned a main house...I'm really curious is this a main house plus a carriage house or ADU type of building?

i'm thinking about buying a bed and breakfast and living in a carriage house on property. wondering if this would be a straight commercial loan, mixed use, owner occupied or what?
