I am an investor looking to invest in the McKeesport, Buena Vista suburb of Pittsburgh.

I have some new opportunities coming down the pipe in Buena Vista, Virginia. 

After the vaca rental I purchased 2 condo's in Orange County (Hunter's Creek and Lake Buena Vista).  

I am looking to purchase a multifamily 3-4 unit near Long Beach or right where I live now Buena Park or Fullerton. 

Interesting to note the SoCal still has opportunities, but the areas that I know, OC and parts of LA, like Buena Park, are same as comparable to NorCal situation.The best opportunities to look now in NorCal are in range of 800K to Million plus.

She states that the property offers good return for any investors development, it located five minute up from Costanera highway, also five from the San Buenas Golf Course.10 minute to Puerto Cortes.

I'm Buena Park in Orange Co CA and I have little to no experience in the Business.

SOMA, East Cut, Yerba Buena, China Basin and Mission Bay condos are my fear at the moment based on your comment above and with the increasing layoffs that are taking place this week across the Gigeconomy including, but not limited to Lyft, Uber, Airbnb the inventory is going to only increase further. 

My plan is to purchase a townhouse or SFH in the Lake Buena Vista (LBV) area and rent it through AirBnB for positive cash flow most of the year. 

I'm looking for a property near Anaheim, Fullerton, Tustin, Irvine, Buena Park etc.
