Costa Rica Developer?
Meet a client tonight who has some oceanfront land and would like to sell it to a developer, wondering if anyone has any experience with these type of deals?

I'm fairly certain Costa Rica has regulations that prohibit foreigners from owning oceanfront land, or even having a majority share in a corporation owning oceanfront land.
