I've talked to suppliers and sub contractors and gotten the measurements and quotes I need. 

We buy from a local supplier and get then for 600 with all, 500 to install, takes 3 hours.All the best, keep up the good fight :)

@Justin Goodin I think you need to find some new suppliers, because you are getting fleeced.

In order to access the money, the developer will have to prove that the project is fully funded, present invoices from his suppliers and/or provide evidence of construction milestones being reached.

You also need to find out if suppliers and subcontractors are owed money .
