Outside of real estate, I enjoy outdoor activities which include, riding four wheelers and off-roading in my truck.

As an investment, the property size and scope of the project are definitely higher in Orlando. 6-8 bed homes with fully decked out outdoor amenities and interior design is a must.  

The house was a hoarder house and needed a large amount of work (Roof including plywood, facia boards, soffit, gutters, underground plumbing, outdoor deck, all windows, doors, flooring, bathrooms, half the sheetrock, retaining walls, etc.)

Skiing in winter, summer outdoor adventure, hiking in the shoulder seasons.

I build outdoor access. 

In the Midwest, finishing basements or adding outdoor living spaces can be particularly valuable.
