He was fighting that it fell under lodging and you go to court and they bleed you. 

Regardless, the lady who has possession now is not going to turn over the property without kicking and screaming and probably a court battle...if it went that routeJust my opinion: pay off the mortgage, stop the bleeding.

You say the property is bleeding 6 figures monthly…was the acquisition financed with a bridge loan at high LTV?  

you just have to make sure your ready willing and able to take them over while you bleed out negative cash flow during the period it takes you to get it back stabilized and either resold or rented.

They are highly skilled, highly credentialed, and that means they're highly paid).Depending on the cause(s) and solution(s) to the problem, the property may need to be vacated--now you've got an empty property that's bleeding cash, and not bringing in any rent.

And Yes, I get that you have to spend money to make money, but quality issues are making me start to question if I should continue to bleed money into this thing, which by the way I haven't got one actual deal from as of yet.What I like: 1.

In San Diego over the last 10 years I have had average rent growth on some years of $700 (source core logic) and I believe every year has been over $100.Virtually all MLS properties in my market bleed cash.

or you can jump on Pace Morby's free facebook and talk to all those folks who swear they do this .. but it is the blind leading the blind not sure how much actually happens..Also your a prime target for fake lenders IE scammers and Crooks who will tell you they can do it your all approved we just need 500.0o or 1000.00 up front to get to the next level. you pay it they try to bleed you for as much as they can and then ghost you and your out your money.
