We already have tp, soap, bleach and whatnot.

They don't require much maintenance (pumping when it is full which will depend on usage) and making sure your tenants know they have to be careful with cleaners (no bleach) and the usual... just flush toilet paper down the toilet.

As much as I hope you're right (and that bleach, Lysol, and the like will come back on store shelves soon), I think the truth is we just don't know (yet).

Treated with professional grade products such as bait gel, growth inhibitor, bait stations, diatomacious earth, boric acid, raid, bleach in the drains, and more.

So i went in armed this morning with Bleach , Dawn dishwashing liquid , Fast orange degreaser , a pump up sprayer and a sponge mop . 

You can make disenfecting solution yourself so you dont need wipes which are terrible for our septic and waste systems....make a bleach and water spray 1/100 dilution.  

Of course I know it’s there, the inspector wasn’t worried and advised me to clean it with bleach as it was dry, so it must have been from some older, but since fixed water damage from the 2nd floor unit.

Fix the source of the water issue and then get some bleach/water mixture and spray all the mold and mildew down to kill it off. 

I never got any mold with bleach and a paper towel or scouring pad, completely white, no signs of mold.

Bleach isn’t a mold killer, most mold treatment products have ammonia.
