They don't require much maintenance (pumping when it is full which will depend on usage) and making sure your tenants know they have to be careful with cleaners (no bleach) and the usual... just flush toilet paper down the toilet.

You can make disenfecting solution yourself so you dont need wipes which are terrible for our septic and waste systems....make a bleach and water spray 1/100 dilution.
