I have 30 books on Real Estate Investing sitting in my kindle right now that I have partially or completely read in the past 2 months.

I am trying to get educated as much as I can and working to connect with locals on Meet up.So glad I stumbled upon BP while finding REI books on Kindle.  

If you have a kindle or reader a lot of them are cheaper it might be worth the investment in a cheap one if you don’t have one snd like to read.

But I bought a kindle on sale on Black Friday last year and I mostly download business, real estate, and self help books onto that at half the price of hard copy books.

It is on Amazon via Kindle and is short (~50 pages) but gets to "the point" and gives some really high impact points.

Every real estate investor should know everything in this book, "50 Real Estate Investing Calculations".I prefer to have all my books on Kindle so I can access them anywhere in the world on-the-fly.When you first look at a property for sale the numbers always look boring and the basic numbers at the time of the purchase are meaningless.

I paid for many real estate courses and always found that the advertising hype is always far better than the course and I never went to a real estate seminar or real estate course where they taught something I didn't already know and never went to a real estate course where you can't find what you need to know by buying Kindle books on Amazon for about $20.What I am going to say is a fact.
