Same thing for the so called “infinity banking”.  

They get an ACH from my tenant in their account same day, but won't do the same into my account.

So I get that "lag" almost every time, plus I deal with our corporate bank... so they always have that lag. 

That would be a situation where you have a joint brokerage account with a family member(brotheror sister, etc) or for example you own a piece of real estate with another party.

Go to Solera National Bank or Titan bank, both of them specialize in accounts like this. 

Credit unions, banks, mortgage companies and private lenders.They all had the same answer.

Can I personally take that extra finance money tax free into my own name or personal bank account to do with what I please, or does the refinance money have to stay in that Llc company and I cant use it personally.
