I knew way too many people to party their way to a 6 year bachelor's degree in something they don't use, living with parents and still basically adult children.

I come from a professional commercial construction background with a Bachelors in Interior & Environmental Design and I currently work from home in E-Commerce/Marketing (hoping to blend all these backgrounds into a real estate investing :) I had a specific opportunity recently come up that I'm needing some advice on...

You'll have to deal with more bachelor parties, etc, but sometimes it can make sense financially. 

We get a lot of family reunions, some estate weddings, birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette groups, etc. driving in from LA, SD, and other areas within a few hours drive.

Great line of thinking and I can definitely get on board with the "niche marketing".An obvious one (or maybe not so obvious to those who don't live here) in Nashville are bachelor/bachelorette parties.

I've completed a bachelor in architecture - attending a master in management - and am able to choose from one of these fields as my further occupation: real estate development - asset management - property management.

A few answers to questions that I have seen asked on a lot of similar posts are:Our end goal is to make at least $6,000 a month passively by the time we are 35, and live somewhere it doesn’t snow.I do not plan on staying in the military, but obviously that could change depending on life.I do know a few people who have a little experience in real estate and quite a few people who have extensive knowledge in every area of construction.I am currently obtaining my bachelors in IT management and may get a job in that field to help fund this but I would prefer not to if possible.Thank you in advance
