I traveled 28 Hours from New Zealand to attend both events and will travel again next year, so i think it say somethings.

Hi AllI have been investing in single family housing in New Zealand since 2001.

I am a New Zealand based Real Estate investor.I have not gone through John's Perfect Storm set, however I have done his Bootcamp in 2001, several other courses and a bunch of his other home study courses.His main focus is Cashflow properties (lease/options or wraps), however a lot of info applies to any form of residential investing.I feel he definately delivers the goods (giving both the good and bad about anything, including sharing his mistakes as well.)

Travel, excercise, sit on my butt at the beach,drink fruity drinks..... and oh yeah, a girl can never have too many shoes or handbags...lol I have a friend in New Zealand who is a very successful investor.

We are working with many investors from New Zealand and Australia.

I've had both Switzerland and New Zealand on my mind lately :D
