the I-75 corridor including Ocala, Brooksville, Spring Hill, Lakeland, The Villages (yes, and everything around them) are all experiencing incredible growth as incoming folks are looking for good priced properties out of harms way for natural disasters. 

For example, Washoe County (Reno and Incline Village, Tahoe) is tightening up (limiting) STR restrictions. 

Incline Village also allows STRs, but sometimes HOAs don't allow for them.

Aloha Christopher, I live in Waikoloa Village, which is just up the hill from Waikoloa Beach Resort and Mauna Lani.

The condo I am looking at is close to the new Aquarium that is going up, the new Grand Village, etc..I feel like as a buy and hold it is fantastic since it is guaranteed to appreciate but also as a completely remodeled 3/3 so close to the strip, I could do well with STR and at a longer renting period as opposed to golf/lake rentals.

North Linden, South of Main, Vassor Village, Woodland Park, MT Vernon, Milo-Grogan, Franklinton, Merrion Village, Hungarian Village, Southern Orchards, Driving Park, Olde Towne East, Franklin Park, King Lincoln, Old Oaks, Livingston Park are all but not limited to some areas in Columbus, Ohio I think will gentrify quickly and make for great long term buy and holds.

We would really to find a fix in flip property in the German Village, Olde Town East, or Merion Village.

I personally like to invest in Old North, Old Town East/King Lincoln Bronze Ville, Merion Village, Driving Park, North Linden, Hungarian Village, Bexley, and North Hilltop.
