Pricing in DFW probably means you wont live rent free,and will have to pay your fair share of normal rent, but you also get 3 more people contributing to your loan paydown and you get to keep the appreciation.Buy hey...maybe I'm wrong....go talk to a local bank or credit union near where you live and get a term sheet from them for financing.

Hey Tim, Under IRS Publication 523, as a military member on qualified extended duty, you benefit from an extension of the “2 out of 5 years” rule to “2 out of the last 10 years” for excluding capital gains on the sale of a primary residence.

For financing, you might want to consider reaching out to local banks or credit unions.

This is probably a place where you go to one of the personal loan sites to borrow money or maybe a credit union. 

I would suggest either talking with a local bank/credit union about refinancing your existing portfolio and/or one that shows they do MHP loans on their website.
