That will add a ton of traffic, real estate and tourism which Helps Fort Meyers as well.I am up in Pinellas County by the Gulf beaches but one of my offices in down your way in Miami which has become way to overpriced.

This doesn't mean that you shouldn't be ambitious with your objectives, as long as you're realistic.I have years of experience with short-term rentals in Mexico but I'm not sure how useful that can be to you since I invest in beach markets where there is mass tourism and visitors rent for one or multiple weeks so it's fairly different.

While it only has 10,000 people, cities and towns appear to only get smaller the closer you get to the park, making Cody a good spot for travelers and tourists, Id imagine, along with being a great target for the tourism industry.
