Increased revenue and decreased parking demand allowed us to carry income-restricted units as well.We originally planned on spinning it out into a brand, but we never had the bandwidth to do so.Our largest hurdle has been education as most of our tenants are coming in to rent traditional units.Investors did not love it.

I have bought a 3bed/2bath house 2 years ago, and was renting out 2 rooms, while using 3rd room for living and as an office space.

Office space is gutsy at this time with many companies working remotely, maybe part of your investment was to bet that people will be coming back to work in person.  

OP ask your larger local commercial real estate office for some recommendations. 

However, I was talking to a DSCR loan officer about a property I was looking at and they told me that they would only lend to an entity like a LLC or corporation; they would not lend to me individually.
